4.2. Legal compliance required

Users may use the service in accordance with this agreement and all applicable local and international laws and regulations.

4.3. Minors and legal guardians

  1. You are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age required for contract agreements in your jurisdiction.
  2. You have the legal authority and capacity to enter into this agreement.
  3. You have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms on behalf of yourself and any minor for whom you are responsible.

5. Service Features

5.1. Parent and Child applications

The service includes two interrelated "parent" applications installed on the parent's mobile device and a "child" application installed on the child's mobile device. To activate access to the "child" service, the parent must enter the access code sent to the parent's device using the MANA service.

5.2. Location tracking system

"MANA" determines the location of the child's mobile device through triangulation using a Global Positioning System (GPS) module, an Internet communication system (WiFi), and mobile internet (continuously online with internet access). The service tracks transmission for parents (who have the "MANA" application installed) and provides access to the child's mobile device location using the "child" application. Therefore, the child must be added by the parents. The profile is also available for parents with multiple children.

Parents should be aware that the accuracy of the child's location depends on several factors, such as mobile network coverage and connection stability. For example, if the child is indoors or in an area with poor network coverage, the map may be displayed incorrectly, and the child's location on the map may not correspond to the actual location.

It is important to understand that the location displayed on the map is the location of the child's device. For instance, if the child forgets their device or lends it to a friend, the application will show the device's location, not the child's actual physical location.
